Job summary

EagleBank is seeking a Customer Service Representative Floater to support MD/DC branches. The on-site role covers Shady Grove, Park Potomac, Twinbrook, Silver Spring, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Gallery Place, K Street and McPherson; after 6 months you may apply for other positions.

You will establish and maintain client relationships, handle teller transactions, balance cash, and refer more complex requests to colleagues while delivering EagleBank's commitment to relationships-first service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year cash handling.
• 2 years Platform/Opening/Servicing/Closing Accounts or equivalent internal EagleBank branch banking.
• Knowledge of Platform and Teller system.
• Knowledge of deposit products and services.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Personal vehicle required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, retains and deepens relationships with clients.
• Provides quality service through effective written and verbal communication.
• Processes teller transactions and balances cash accurately and efficiently.
• Resolves basic service issues using knowledge of basic bank products and services.
• Proactively contacts clients to identify additional banking needs and cross-sell.
• Serves as main point of contact for client problem resolution.
