Responsibilities
- Provide full range of banking products and services.
- Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision.
- Analyze and resolve member account problems and discrepancies.
- Assist with loan and credit card applications.
- Counsel members on products and services.
- Ensure cash and negotiable instruments are handled properly.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and product penetration.
- Perform platform banking functions.
