• Duties & Responsibilities: Service standards—foster partnerships, uncover sales or referral opportunities.
• Operations & Administration: comply with regulations, bank policies, and risk management while handling customer interactions and transactions.
• Proactively seek coaching and use banking tools to improve performance.
• Complete required training by deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Service standards—foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues; initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities.
• Operations and Administration: comply with regulations, bank policies, procedures and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions and financial exposures.
• Assist with bank initiatives and leverage tools to improve activities and performance.
