Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in South China, ME seeks a Floating Customer Service Representative to deliver professional, confidential service while handling a wide range of transactions. You will be cross-trained, with on-the-job instruction and opportunities for growth as part of a dynamic team.

Role offers full-time hours (40 per week) with a base pay range of $15.50–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.
• Experience with cash handling is helpful and on-the-job training is provided.
• Working knowledge of Windows and frontline banking software is needed.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of basic transactions for customers with accuracy.
• Open and close banking procedures.
• Navigate frontline software applications.
• Develop a basic understanding of Bar Harbor Bank products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and refer partners.
• Provide professional and confidential customer service.
