West Coast Self-Storage Group in Seattle is seeking a Float Assistant Property Manager to join our full‑time team. Ideal candidates bring retail sales and customer service experience and want to grow within our CAREER PATH.

You will support our Seattle locations, show units, guide leasing, and ensure high customer service standards while balancing cash handling and daily admin tasks. This role offers bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Ability to self‑manage while meeting team and company objectives.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required).
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing storage needs (in person, phone, web).
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• General office tasks: filing, managing customer accounts, sorting mail/deliveries.
• Maintain property to the company’s Clean & Operational standards (cleaning vacants, sweeping, mopping, changing bulbs).
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
