Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Silverdale is looking for a full-time floating Assistant Property Manager to support Silverdale and Bremerton locations. The role requires retail sales and customer service experience, with weekend availability and a 9:45am–6:15pm schedule.

Primary duties include showing units, guiding customers through leases, and maintaining daily cash handling. The position offers benefits and potential for promotion within a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through leasing.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service (in person, phone, web).
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• General office tasks (filing, accounts, mail/s deliveries).
• Maintain property to standards (cleaning vacated units, light bulbs).
• Other duties assigned by leadership.

West Coast Self-Storage Group has a full-time opening in Silverdale for a floating Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates would have retail sales and customer service experience and are looking to grow within our career path.

Location Details

This team member will be expected to commute to support our Silverdale & Bremerton as needed. Will primarily be working in Silverdale.

Schedule

Full-time, either Sat & Sun or Sun & Mon off depending on facility coverage. Working from 9:45am-6:15pm.

Day To Day

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• General office tasks, e.g., filing, managing customer accounts, sorting mail/deliveries
• Maintain property to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Other duties assigned by leadership

What You Will Bring

• Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
