Job summary

Go Store It - Self Storage is seeking a Self-Storage Property Manager for Newport News, VA. This role involves daily property walks, performing minor repairs, and assisting customers on-site to ensure a clean, secure, and well-maintained facility.

You will oversee routine maintenance, keep common areas tidy, and coordinate turnover units after move-outs, with a focus on safety and customer service. We offer full-time hours and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that's off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working.
• Help customers when they're on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth.
