Job summary

Sequoia Equities, Inc. is seeking a roving Maintenance Specialist to support multiple communities across the region. You’ll fix basic home systems, ensure units are move-in ready, and delight residents with reliable service.

You’ll travel between properties, learn from experienced peers, and grow your career in a hands-on environment with strong training and team support.

Qualifications

• Must haves: Positive attitude, Desire to learn, Speed, Sense of humor, Excellent customer service, Understanding of basic areas of home maintenance
• Great to haves: Prior experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation, Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, and groundskeeping

Responsibilities

• Repair basic home systems and fixtures (electrical switches, appliances, showerhead, drywall repairs)
• Ensure units are cleaned and made ready before move-in
• Travel across multiple communities to support the portfolio
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with residents
• Learn from other maintenance experts to grow skills and career advancement

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $23 - $27 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
