Job summary

Sequoia Equities is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair homes, ensuring move-in readiness and a welcoming experience for residents. You will handle basic repairs from electrical switches to appliance fixes while upholding a high standard of resident service.

You will engage with residents with a friendly, professional attitude, work on a schedule including on-call and weekend shifts, and contribute to keeping communities well-maintained and inviting.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $19 - $24 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
