Acelero Learning seeks a Floater Teacher Assistant to support Lead Teachers across classrooms, nurturing inclusive, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for all children. You will rotate between rooms, assist with routines, and engage families as partners in children's growth.

You will deliver CLASS-based interactions, help implement a research-based curriculum, monitor progress, and collaborate with a dedicated team to promote equity and positive outcomes for every child.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Hands-on preschool teaching experience.
• Ability to adapt instruction to diverse developmental needs.
• Strong collaboration with families and teammates.

Responsibilities
