Acelero Learning Clark County is seeking a Floater Assistant Teacher to nurture responsive teacher-child relationships and deliver age-appropriate, standards-aligned instruction. You will rotate between classrooms to ensure consistent coverage and support across the program.

You will monitor progress through ongoing assessments, tailor experiences to meet diverse needs, and actively involve families as partners in each child’s growth and development.

Formación

• Passion for early learning and inclusive classroom.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• High school diploma.
• Experience teaching preschool-aged children.

Responsabilidades

• Foster meaningful interactions using the CLASS framework to support emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Create a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with curriculum goals to support school readiness.
• Conduct ongoing child assessments to tailor instruction and track progress across all domains.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs, including children with special needs and dual language learners.
• Engage families as partners to support learning at school and home.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and collaborative improvement.
