UCP of Central Florida is hiring a Teacher Assistant-Floater in Orlando, FL to support PreK-12th grade students across campuses and clinics. The Floater covers assignments based on daily need, assisting with lesson delivery, materials, assessments, data collection, and classroom management.

The role emphasizes collaborating with teachers, maintaining positive communication with staff and families, and complying with state and agency guidelines.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• DCF 45 hour within 90 days of hire if doing after care/summer or camp.
• CRP/First Aid Training is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an elementary classroom setting or with students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement lessons plan and instructional groups.
• Assist in preparing instructional materials.
• Assist in administering assessments and progress monitoring.
• Document academic progress through observations and data.
