Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Float between classrooms to support lead teachers and maintain teacher-child ratios.
• Assist in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise children during activities, meals, and transitions.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.
• Communicate progress and needs to teachers, staff, and parents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
