Job summary

Securitas USA in Willcox, AZ is seeking a Part Time Floater Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment across client sites. The role involves access control, patrols, and responding to incidents.

You will work with client staff and guests, provide customer service, and use security devices during shifts. A valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card and pre-employment screening apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Above average computer/technology skills needed.

• Must be able to work independently and stay calm in stressful situations.
• Must have Arizona Unarmed Guard Card.

Floater Security Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Willcox, AZ

Wage: $16.00/HR

The Floater Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

Basic Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required.
