Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Floating Security Officer (Part Time) in Arkansas City, KS. The role monitors premises, manages access, and patrols multiple sites to maintain a safe environment for client staff and visitors.

Minimum requirements include 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and strong customer service with the ability to work independently. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, life insurance, paid training, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Floating Security Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Arkansas City, KS

Wage Range: $13.50-$14.75/HR

TheFloating Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
