Qualifications

• Must have PharmD or PharmD degree (or equivalent).
• Immunization certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Valid AZ pharmacist license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and health practitioners.
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use.
• Delivers a high level of customer service.
• Complies with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Administers immunizations as allowed by state law.
• Performs typical pharmacy duties.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
