Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking two Personal Care Assistants (Floater) to support Pre-K Counts students in a flexible floater role across multiple classroom locations. The positions require comfort with diverse needs and provide daily 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM schedule during the school year.

Responsibilities include one-on-one and classroom support, assisting with academics and daily living activities, and implementing behavior strategies while maintaining a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and classroom support for students in early childhood education settings.
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, social, and daily living activities.

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and special education staff.
• Document and communicate student progress and concerns as required.
