Anza Management in Orange County, Fullerton, CA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support apartment properties. This floater role covers several properties within the same mile radius and requires basic plumbing, electrical, and general repair skills to preserve the property's value.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, repairing walls, floors, doors, and woodwork, painting interiors, documenting work, and assisting with safety and emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screen
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical issues
• Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting
• Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
• Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues
• Document repairs and performed duties
• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
• Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner
