Anza Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support several properties in Orange County/Fullerton. The role involves basic apartment maintenance, plumbing and electrical repairs, and responding to service requests to preserve property quality.

The floater position requires flexibility with schedules, a background/physical/drug screen, and eligibility to work in the United States. Competitive time-off and retirement benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Weekend availability is needed.
• Floater position covering several properties within the same mile radius.
• Background/Physical/Drug Screen required.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting.
• Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork.
• Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues.
• Document repairs and performed duties.
• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes.
• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building.
• Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner.
