Job summary

Henkel Corporation is hiring for a 3rd shift position to support production and shipping/receiving activities. You will operate production equipment safely, perform quality checks, and enter downtime data using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ideal candidates show adaptability, a willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to backfill outages across areas as needed, while acting as a role model for safe and efficient work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production equipment or similar machinery.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks for quality checks and downtime entry.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between operating production equipment and shipping/receiving to support production needs.
• Operate machines safely following all procedures.
• Use computer tools (Word, Excel) for quality checks and downtime entry.
• Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
• Backfill outages in specific areas as needed.
• Provide feedback to promote appropriate work behaviors.

What you´ll do

• Rotate between operating equipment on production and shipping and receiving to support operational needs, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to production demands.
• Operates machines and production equipment safely following all procedures.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer for the completion of quality checks and downtime entry for tracking, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
• Gain multiple task skills to effectively backfill any outages in specific areas
• Acts as a role model and provides direct feedback to encourage appropriate work behaviors
