Job summary

Henkel Corporation in the Consumer Brands unit seeks a Production Operator to safely operate production equipment according to instructions, set up or adjust machinery, and monitor output quality.

This on-site role involves repetitive movement, lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and occasional heavier lifts, with good manual dexterity and the ability to work long shifts. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
• The position is inthe factory and could involve stooping, twisting, reaching, bending, standing,walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or moveup to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Must be able to reach, lift, bend and stoopwithout restrictions. Good manualdexterity needed.
