RamClean in Columbus, OH is seeking a dependable Lead Cleaner / Floater to support our commercial cleaning operations across the Columbus area. You will cover for team members, assist with onboarding of new accounts, and ensure cleaning standards are met at multiple sites daily.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial cleaning, are bilingual in English/Spanish, and can travel between sites with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience with floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and occasional weekends.
• Availability to work up to 50 hours per week when needed.

Pay:$21-$23/hr and $150 biweekly gas allowance

• A reliable vehicle
• A valid driver's license
• A good driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout the Columbus area

You will receive a $150 biweekly gas allowance.
