RamClean is seeking an experienced Lead Cleaner / Floater to support our Operations Team across Ohio, Kentucky, and southeastern Indiana. As a Lead Cleaner / Floater, you will play a critical role in supporting existing customer accounts, assisting with new account startups, and providing coverage when team members

Formación

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.
• 3 years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience.
• Experience with floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• Ability to stay for a few days at a time in a city to assist with special projects.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and occasional weekends.
• Availability to work up to 50 hours per week when needed.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate professionally with management and fellow team members.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites.
• Background check required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cleaning support at commercial facilities throughout Ohio and Kentucky including Cincinnati (OH), Columbus (OH), Dayton (OH), Lexington (KY), Louisville (KY), Northern Kentucky, and southeastern Indiana.
• Fill in for team members during vacations, absences, and staffing shortages.
• Assist with onboarding and servicing new customer accounts.
• Assist with special projects.
• Perform routine and specialty commercial cleaning tasks.
• Communicate effectively with Operations Management and field staff.
• Help maintain RamClean's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Lead Cleaner / Floater (Commercial Cleaning)

Location: Ohio and Kentucky

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work

Hours: Flexible schedule; overtime available

Pay: $21-$23/hr and $150 biweekly gas allowance

Travel Requirements

This position requires daily travel to various customer locations throughout Ohio and Kentucky. Candidates must have:

• A reliable vehicle
• A valid driver's license
• A good driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout Ohio and Kentucky.

You will receive a $150 biweekly gas allowance.
