Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Floater for the 2nd shift at the Manawa, WI plant to support the Production team and drive improvements in plant performance. You will assist with material movement, packaging, changeovers, and paperwork to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
  • Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork.

Job Description:
About the Role:

The Floater role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
  • Manually packaging finished goods
  • Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
  • Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role pays $23.23 per hour plus a $0.65 shift differential on 2nd shift. Hours are 2:00pm-10:00pm.
