Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Floater for the 3rd shift at our Manawa site to support the Oatmeal Production team and drive improvements across the plant. The role runs 10:00pm–6:00am with hourly pay of $23.23 plus a $0.65 shift differential.

Experience in manufacturing, ability to follow instructions, and computer literacy are required. The position offers full-time hours and opportunities to grow within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Job Description

About the Role: The Floater role at the Manawa location provides support to the Oatmeal Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
• Manually packaging finished goods
• Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role pays $23.23 per hour plus a $0.65 shift differential on 3rd shift. Hours are 10:00pm-6:00am.

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
