Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Float Therapist to provide high-quality PHP/IOP therapy across Denver locations (Central Park, Cherry Creek, Denver Tech Center). The role includes group and individual therapy for adult and adolescent populations, with licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required.

It is a full-time, 100% onsite position. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective behavioral

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid state independent licensure as Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent.
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
• Experience with providing group therapy.
• Ability to manage clients in a group setting in person and via virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for comprehensive care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames.
