Job summary

Guidelight Health in Denver is seeking a Float Clinical Therapist to provide group and individual therapy across multiple Denver locations (Central Park, Cherry Creek, Denver Tech Center). This full-time, onsite role serves adult and adolescent PHP/IOP populations.

Independent licensure is required. The therapist will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with psychiatrists and physicians. Guidelight offers supervision hours toward licensure and a float differential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid state independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist).
• Willing to provide supervision to associate licensed clinicians per policy.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual therapy across multiple Denver locations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff to deliver care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to determine level of care.
• Support supervision for pre-licensed clinicians as needed.
