Job summary

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to support branches in Mechanicsburg and Carlisle while based at the Lemoyne Highland Park location. You will handle member transactions, explain products, and contribute to sales goals within daily procedures.

The role requires 0-1 year in retail financial or customer service, with opportunities for advancement. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

0-1 year of progressive retail financial or customer service experience.
3+ years of retail banking or credit union experience including cash handling and customer service; knowledge of regulatory policies and compliance.
2+ years of financial experience identifying and promoting products and services to meet member needs.

Responsibilities

Float role based out of the Highland Park Branch in Lemoyne, supporting branches in Mechanicsburg and Carlisle.
Provide accurate and efficient processing of members' financial transactions.
Identify members' product and service needs and contribute to sales goals.
Educate members on Credit Union products and services; perform balancing and end-of-day procedures.
Promote Members 1st and its services; support general branch operations.
