Position Overview

We are seeking a caring, collaborative, and reflective Float‑Assistant Teacher to support our lead educators in fostering a joyful, inquiry‑based classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for early childhood professionals who are passionate about equitable education and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.

Responsibilities

• This role will travel/flex between our five locations.
• Support the Lead Teacher in implementing a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.
• Foster a warm, responsive, and respectful relationship with children and families.
• Observe and document children’s interests and developmental progress.
• Assist with preparing materials and maintaining a welcoming, organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in planning and reflection meetings.
• Support a classroom culture of inclusion, curiosity, and mutual respect.
