Job summary

St. Luke’s seeks a licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide inpatient behavioral health coverage across Meridian and Nampa Hospitals. You will participate in onboarding, collaborate with care teams, and support patients through coordinated discharge planning.

The role includes advance scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package, with hospital contributions, wellness options, and ongoing training to help you grow in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Idaho or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health settings preferred.
• Ability to work across Meridian and Nampa hospital locations with cross-site coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient behavioral health coverage as an LMSW across Meridian and Nampa Hospitals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan care and discharge needs.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to ensure quality patient experiences.
