Job summary

First-year compensation includes a sign-on bonus up to $25,000 and up to $24,000 in student loan assistance. KY RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required or time-bound as listed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in nursing from an accredited program and RN licensure in Kentucky.
• Current BLS/CPR; ACLS within 90 days, PALS within 6 months, TNCC within 12 months.
• Ability to perform assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for knowledge and skills for patient care in the unit.
• Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems to determine needed interventions.
• Implements plan of care with education, discharge planning, and care coordination.
• Respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights in nursing practice.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policies.
• Evaluates progress toward desired patient outcomes.
