Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide comprehensive patient care in an onsite environment supporting multiple hospitals in Aurora, CO.

The role requires a licensed RN with Women and Infants nursing experience, BLS, and NRP within 6 months of hire. You will work rotating shifts, be a clinical mentor, and participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts to ensure safe, high-quality maternal and infant care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
• At least 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship.
• Current BLS certification; NRP certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care across Mother/Baby, Birth Center, and NICU units using evidence-based practices.
• Serve as a preceptor for new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support maternal and infant care and safety.
