Job summary

Proforma Health in Aurora, CO seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to float between Labor and Delivery units, delivering direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will support Women and Infants departments across multiple hospitals, applying evidence-based practices and aligning with standards such as AWHONN and AACN.

This onsite role involves day, night, or rotating shifts, with pay based on experience and night shift incentives.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in the state.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• 6 months of Women & Infants experience or completion of fellowship.
• BLS certification.
• NRP within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize patient safety and model clinical proficiency.
• Precept and mentor team members.
• Contribute to quality outcomes within Women & Infants departments.
• Support a multidisciplinary care team across multiple hospitals.
