Job summary

St. Luke’s in Idaho is seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager to collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload.

This on-site role offers 10-hour shifts with weekend rotation, a robust benefits package, sign-on bonus eligibility and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications include an Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), 2 years of RN experience and an Idaho RN license.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years of RN experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current Idaho RN license.

What You Can Expect:

• Schedule: 10 Hour Shifts with weekend rotation

• Additional Pay: Cert Pay available for qualifying certifications AND shift differentials

• Will provide coverage for Meridian and Nampa locations
