Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking an RN Resource in Miamisburg, OH, to work 12-hour day shifts. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care, assess and plan care, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure safety and quality across diverse clinical settings.

Must hold an Ohio RN license with BLS (or ability to obtain within 30 days). ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred; one year of acute care experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN).
• RN license in Ohio with BLS or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Document care in the electronic health record and prioritize multiple patient assignments.
