Telhio Credit Union is seeking a Float Relationship Banker to deliver extraordinary service and innovative financial solutions across the Southwest Ohio footprint. You will act as a trusted advisor, traveling to branch locations as needed to meet member needs and provide a seamless Telhio experience.

The role emphasizes cash handling, IRA/HSA processing, and cross-selling of products while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-3 yrs – Experience in Member/Customer Service is required.
• 1-3 yrs – Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
• Notary License is required on hire.
• NMLS Designation is required on hire.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Perform all transactions in DNA accurately and efficiently (cash withdrawals, deposits, loan payments).
• Process Credit Card payments in 3rd party portal.
• Open IRAs and HSAs in Ascensus; perform IRA/HSA transactions.
• Process wires for members as needed.
• Inform members about products, services and current promotions.
• Cross-sell credit union products by answering inquiries and guiding to lobby/partners.
