Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• 1-3 yrs – Experience in Member/Customer Service (Required).
• 1-3 yrs – Experience in Financial Services (Preferred).
• Notary License (Upon hire/ Required).
• NMLS Designation (Upon hire/ Required).
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Must pass background check including credit, drug screen, bondability and background.

Aufgaben

• Perform all transactions accurately and efficiently (cash, deposits, loan payments).
• Process credit card payments and IRA/HSA transactions; open IRAs/HSAs.
• Process wires; inform members about products and promos.
• Cross-sell credit union products and guide members to appropriate services.
• Balance cash drawers; comply with policies and security procedures.
• Assist in audits and open/maintain consumer and business accounts.
• Travel to branch locations within the footprint as needed.
