Job summary

OHI Inc. seeks a Float Rehabilitation Technician to support individuals with disabilities on an as-needed basis. Open 2 day shifts and 2 awake overnights, with a base schedule of 12-hour shifts. The FRT follows the RT job description and acts when others are unavailable, ensuring continuity of care.

Required qualifications include MHRT/1, CRMA, PACT, CPR/First Aid and an approved driver's license, with vaccinations and training up to date. Equal opportunity employer.

The Float Rehabilitation Technician (FRT) shall follow the Rehabilitation Technician Job Description in addition to following the roles, responsibilities and procedures outlined within the job description.
The FRT shall provide direct support to individuals with disabilities on an as needed basis when other staff call out or to cover planned time off. The FRT must follow the job description of a Rehabilitation Technician (RT).

Qualifications:

Upon hire as an FRT, the FRT must have and maintain all the necessary qualifications, certifications, vaccinations, immunizations, and training to provide the desired service. The FRT must have and maintain the qualifications, certifications, vaccinations, immunizations, and required training as an RT.
