Aspirus St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, MN is seeking a Support Nurse to join our Nurse Float Pool team. The position is part-time at 0.80 FTE with evening and night rotations, offering meaningful clinical practice in a critical care oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care per MN Board of Nursing and Aspirus St. Luke's policies.
• Plan, delegate to, and coordinate nursing personnel and patient care tasks.
• Coordinate information between patient, family and healthcare team.
• Support staff RNs with clinical skills and patient care tasks.
• Adapt to emergencies, staff relief, and admissions/discharges to facilitate patient flow.
