Job summary

Aspirus St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, MN is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Critical Care Float Pool. This part-time role (0.90 FTE) offers day/night rotation, 12-hour shifts, and every-other-weekend schedule with a sign-on bonus.

Minimum qualifications include Minnesota RN license, ACLS within 12 months, PALS within 24 months, and BLS certification. Preferred: 1 year CCU experience and CCRN/TNCC desirable.

Qualifications

• Current license in Minnesota to practice as Registered Nurse.
• ACLS certification within twelve (12) months of employment.
• PALS certification within twenty-four (24) months of employment.
• BLS Certification with a designation of either BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider from AHA/Red Cross. (or Military Training Network)
• One (1) year recent acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides and demonstrates nursing care per MN Board of Nursing and St. Luke's policies.
• Plans, delegates to, and coordinates nursing personnel.
• Manages information between patient, family and healthcare team; educates families and staff; evaluates outcomes.
