Job summary

St. John’s Hospital in Maplewood, MN is expanding its Float Pool and seeking Registered Nurses to join our team. This role offers diverse clinical exposure across Cardiac Telemetry, Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Oncology and more, with a 0.75 FTE schedule and a 12-hour NIGHT shift.

The position includes a $2/hour augmentation, a nurse residency option for eligible new grads, and opportunities to train in specialty areas such as ER, ICU, and MCC after 6 months.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification.
• New grads considered for role.

Responsibilities

• Float to Cardiac Telemetry, Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Oncology and more.
• Provide care to diverse patient populations across units.
• Perform telemonitoring, IV therapies, ports, PICCs, and feeding tubes.
• Coordinate with care teams to achieve patient outcomes.
