Aspirus St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, MN is seeking a dedicated Support Nurse for our Nurse Float Pool. This part-time role provides professional nursing care, coordinates with families and the healthcare team, and supports patient flow from admissions to discharges.

The position requires MN RN licensure, ACLS/BLS, and prior step-down/ICU experience. Strong teamwork, communication, and flexibility are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license and ACLS/BLS certification required.
• Minimum three years in step-down, intermediate care, cardiac care or ICU.
• Preferred PALS/TNCC and experience with cardiovascular post-op care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients per nursing standards.
• Support staff RNs with clinical skills and patient care tasks.
• Collaborate with the care team to facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
