Job summary

Augusta Health is seeking an experienced RN to join the Float Pool on a part-time basis. The Float Pool RN will be assigned to different units based on staffing needs and patient care requirements.

The registered nurse delivers patient care, coordinates the nursing plan of care, and carries out physician orders while guiding other care team members to ensure safe, high-quality care across units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of RN experience in two or more areas.
• Licensed or eligible as RN in Virginia.
• CPR required in addition to specialty unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care for assigned patients on the shift.
• Coordinate the nursing care plan and carry out physician orders.
• Direct and guide other members of the patient care team.
