Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Float Pool RN for 36 hours per week, nights. This role uses the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model to deliver patient care, coordinate with other departments, and safeguard patient rights and confidentiality.

Eligible graduates receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus; experienced RNs receive $13,000. Units include ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, and all Med-Surg units; education and teamwork are emphasized to develop clinical assessment and communication

Formación

• Graduated from a school of nursing with ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Must maintain current RN licensure in the hiring state or with compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or complete within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care using Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Operate within established nursing guidelines aligned with Mercy’s mission and standards.
• Float Pool roles across ED, ICU, TCU, PCU and Med-Surg units as assigned.
