Job summary

Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO seeks a Float Pool RN to provide patient care using the nursing process across units including ED, ICU, PCU and Med-Surg.

This 36-hour weekly night-shift role offers a premium sign-on bonus: $10,000 for Graduate Nurses and $13,000 for Experienced Nurses. Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure where duties are performed.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and float to various units as needed (ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, Med‑Surg).
• Maintain professional accountability and adhere to Mercy Service Standards and nursing guidelines.
