Job summary

Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Float Pool RN for night shifts (36 hours/week). You will provide patient care following Mercy Nursing Practice Model and collaborate with multiple units (ED, ICU, PCU, Med-Surg).

Must maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and comply with state nursing regulations. Eligible candidates may qualify for a premium night shift sign-on bonus of $10,000 for graduates and $13,000 for experienced nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in state of Missouri or compact licensure.
• BLS certification through AHA or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate professional accountability and operate within the state Nurse Practice Act and Mercy policies.
