Job summary

Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse for 36 hours per week on the night shift. You will rotate across units including ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, and Med-Surg to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Join Mercy’s patient-centered team with sign-on bonuses for Graduate Nurses ($10,000) and Experienced Nurses ($13,000).

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in state of practice.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ADN/BSN/Diploma).
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality and adhere to Mercy Service Standards.
• Float Pool RN to ED, ICU, TCU, PCU and Med-Surg units as needed.
