Job summary

Ascension is seeking a part-time Night Nurse at Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, WI. You’ll work two 12-hour shifts per week from 7pm to 7:30am, with every third weekend and every other holiday, and you’ll self-schedule.

You will lead individualized patient care plans, document the care journey, coordinate disciplines, execute orders, and help develop safe discharge plans to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Licensed RN credential from Wisconsin or multi-state/Compact.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Document patient care journey and communicate updates to the team.
• Coordinate clinical and therapeutic disciplines for patient-centered care from admission to discharge.
• Execute physician and nursing orders to maintain patient safety.
• Assess discharge needs and develop comprehensive transition plans.
