Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Float RN to deliver patient-centered care across 65+ inpatient units in a high-volume hospital setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and educating patients and families on health conditions.

This safety-sensitive role involves night shifts, strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care Medical-Surgical nursing experience (preferred)
• ICU or Critical Care experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or enrolled in a BSN program (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
