Qualifications

• BSN or MSN from an accredited program required, or ADN with upgrade within 5 years.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital RN experience.
• Current RN license; BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care across units; assess and plan for ongoing needs.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and SBAR handoffs.
• Collaborate with providers and other disciplines; teach patients and families.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based care and maintain nursing protocols and standards.
